FEES
As of 1st November 2025, we are now a fully bulk-billed practice.
Unfortunately, we are not taking on any new patients at this time due to the high volume of patients currently registered with the practice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
APPOINTMENTS
We operate an appointment system where we encourage patients to ring the surgery or book online through Health Engine. We are constantly revising this system to try and enable quick access to doctors for all patients without excessive waiting times. this is fraught with the difficulty of not knowing in advance how long each consultation will take, or how many emergencies will need to be fitted in through out the day. Our greatest concern is that our patients should be able to see us when they are unwell.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We are always striving to improve the standard of professional care to our patients. You can help us by telling us any suggestions you have that could enhance the quality of the services we provide. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your care within this practice, please feel free to approach any of our doctors, or the practice manager. We also have a feedback box located at the reception desk.
Should you wish, problems can also be taken up with the NSW Government Health Care Commission. They can be contacted on (02) 9219 7444.
TELEPHONE CALLS
The doctor may be seeing patients when you call so you may be asked to hold and speak with him between consultations. Alternatively you can leave a contact number and he will return your call at the end of the consulting session.
If your problem is about a medical condition, it is best to make an appointment to discuss this with the relevant doctor so that a proper assessment can be made.
If you require pathology results these can sometimes be given over the phone. You may be required to return for a further consultation to discuss results if the doctor requests this.
